A club for the

Goals was founded by Natalie — supermodel, athlete, lifelong animal lover — because the version of fitness she grew up in only ever measured one thing. The body. The dress size. The performance. Not the rest of you.

So she built the club she always wanted: one where strength training, nutrition coaching, business strategy, creative work, and the family member curled up at your feet are all treated like serious goals — because they are.

Strength, conditioning, mobility, recovery — programmed by coaches who actually meet you where you are. Goals are tracked. So is rest. Group classes top out at twelve.

The Goals Room.

A beautifully designed lounge where fitness goals, food goals, business goals, and life goals all sit at the same table. Coffee, conversation, and weekly mentors-in-residence.

03 / The Sanctuary

An animal sanctuary,
not a kennel.

Climate-controlled, supervised by handlers who love this work. Dogs, cats, smaller animals — all welcome. Drop off for class or stay all day. Natalie's idea, from day one.

A content studio.
Mat, mirror, lens.

Minimal equipment, cinematic lighting, broadcast-quality cameras you can pair with your phone. Film a reel between sets — without booking a creator house.

Programmed for progress,
not punishment.

Most gyms throw equipment at you and call it a day. Goals starts with what you're actually after — a PR, a marathon, posture rehab, postpartum strength — and reverse-engineers the room around it.

Group classes top out at twelve. One-on-ones are with the same coach every time. Every member gets a real assessment before they touch a barbell.

Every kind of goal,
one room.

It's not a co-working space. It's not a juice bar. It's the lounge where the whole conversation gets to happen — your training plan, your meal prep, your pitch deck, your relationship, your year. All on the same table.

Weekly mentors-in-residence rotate through: nutritionists, business coaches, therapists, stylists, financial planners. Members book 20-minute drop-ins. And during cycle classes next door, the day's theme spills in here too.

03 — The Sanctuary

The family member
most gyms ignore.

Natalie has been a lifelong animal lover, and the Sanctuary is the part of the club she designed first. A climate-controlled space on the south side of the building, with outdoor turf, splash pools, and rest pods. Not crates. Pods.

Staffed by licensed handlers with a vet-tech on call. Group size capped. Dogs and cats have separate wings. Smaller animals — rabbits, birds — get a quiet room of their own.

A bright, sparse room with a single mat, a single mirror, and four broadcast-quality cameras you can pair with your phone. Built for the member who wants to film a reel, a coaching demo, or a launch video — without booking a creator house.

Cycle classes at Goals aren't just a workout — each weekday is themed around a category of goal. The playlist, the prompts, and the mentor on the floor all reflect the day.
